We received good news today! The IRS has officially declared us a 501c3 nonprofit! This means anyone who has donated equipment or cash to or club during 2014 can claim those donations on their 2014 tax return! We hope this will encourage more people to give to our GoFundMe campaign and help support dragon boating for all in Lane County! Thanks so much!!

We Have a boat!

Two weeks ago, Emerald City Purchased its first club boat. It’s a fixer-upper, but the hull is in great shape. It’s going to cost us about $3,000 to fully sand and paint the hull, and replace the benches and till. In the next week we will be launching our first stage Go Fund Me campaign.
